That would be August 5th, a Sunday because we are going to see the Police at Giants Stadium. And somehow I even got good tickets, only 14 rows off the floor right in front of the stage. I figure by the time the girls are 8 months old I should be comfortable leaving them with someone. Hopefully before that because I think Rich and I will need to eat least go to Panera for 1/2 hour for our anniversary dinner. Maybe we can bust out our two stollers and bring them with us. :)

My Day in a Nutshell
Pretty in Pink Lily.
Reese smiling. She smiles when you blow raspberries on her tummers and hams (aka baby thighs).
What is looking at me right now? See picture above. Oh and that onesie she is wearing with the surfboards and palm trees was the first baby thing I bought for them not knowing if they were girls or boys.
7 a.m. ish - Wake up again and feed 'em again. Feeding usually takes an hour including the diaper change and all that.
8 a.m. - Shower! If I don't shower now, I won't until 4 p.m.
10-11 a.m. ish - Quickly take puppers out and feed again....
12 Noon - Try to eat lunch.
1 pm until they wake up again ~ this is tricky.. Sometimes they sleep until 4, then I can work on my homework, ect. If not, I am playing the crabbie game, tropical island mat time, or tummy time. Oh, and p.s. they hate tummy time.
6 p.m. ish - Dad comes home. Mom gets a break and can usually go the ladies room for the first time all day.
7 p.m. - We try to eat, they want to eat again.
8-10p.m. Up time! This way they aren't up all night. Ideally. Usually this is bath time and Rich will do his dad thing and sing to them, while I try to clean up and watch some TV. We don't let them watch TV at all, we do play them lots of music including Rich's baby mix, Sam Cooke, and some U2.
12-1am - Feeding time again. Start all over again. Pray that they will sleep until 6am but anticipate waking up before 4am again.

Weight Report
Lily hands...
Puppers and his bone ~ he loves these disgusting things.
So the ladies are getting big ~ well big compared to what Rich and I were use to. Reese is now 9 pounds and Lily hit 7 1/2 pounds as of today. So crazy, they basically have doubled their weight in 2 months. Reese is getting the baby chubby thighs, its really cute, I call them her hams.
In other news, I am desperately trying to get my class from the Fall completed. Since I am an online student I had to take an "in progress" grade and now I am trying to pick up where I left off. Needless to say, its been impossible. Oh well. I am starting to get momentum, well, that and I have been asked to do a book review to be published in a professional journal (i have done them before, its for the Sports, Cardiovascular, and Wellness Nutritionists) due March 1st, so I need some fire under by butt. The biggest barrier, other then bottles&diapers, has been the fact that I lost my hard drive last week. Wiped out. Who knows from what, but I am using an old computer to at least stay connected to the world. Frustrating, and also not making my life any easier in the school-work department. Oh well, I have accepted that this is life, and completing the class by March 1st is 99% not going to happen, and thats ok. The little ones don't stay little forever, and when I finish the class I finish. There were reasons I wasn't going to take a course this semester.
Ok, off to babyland.

This Week on Clay Street
Oh puppers....
Looks like she is free-fallin' but she is sleeping..
I like this picture because I still look kind skinny....
ok, I have to put Reese in the boppy pillow (green thingy) on the floor in the hallway while i put on my makeup and blow dry my hair or else she just lets out her "hello i need attention" cries downstairs.
