I know you are all waiting for these...HALLOWEEN!

Trick or Treat eating a Reese's cup...no pun intended...
Ghoulie watching...
Ok, ready to go...
Milltown's Two Witches...
C'mon let us eat just ONE piece of candy...

What can I say Halloween was a blast. Milltown takes Halloween to a whole new level. Everyone gets out their lawnchairs and candy bowls and just hangs out, and hands out candy, people go CRAZY with decor, pumpkin carving, and dressing up (our one neighbor started the day out in a clown wig, then by 5 was in a tu-tu complete with some sort of home-made halo and tights?)....the doorbell starts ringing at 4 and doesn't stop until 9. Some freak dressed up like Mike Myers and walked the nightborhood alone just being scarey, he had the walk NAILED. If I wasn't so scared of him I would of asked for a photo but he may of killed me. The girls made it around the block in about an hour and then handed out candy. At first, Lily was walking right up to houses, then we turned a corner and Reese would go to the doors, while pushing Lily along. When they were handing out candy they got so into it they would yell at kids down the street (KIDS!!!) to come over so they could give them something. Reese didn't even take a nap on Halloween. Maybe it was the excitement. Maybe it was the sugar. I will say thier favorite candy (or nee-nee) is Reeses Peanut Butter cups. Lily can down one in about 2 mintues. Lily woke up the next day asking for candy for breakfast and another Halloween discovery was the lolipop. They love them. Not the safest for 2ish year olds but we let it slide for the big day.

In other news there is so much going on with them, mainly language. Lily has been chasing Reese around for 2 days yelling, NO TOUCHING REESE. This started when Reese wanted to touch the pumpkins with candles in them. It hasn't ended. Reese can count to ten. If you alternate numbers with her, she can do it too. My other favorite is Reeses word for octopus' an o-pus. Or maybe Lily's name for Snoopy (would it be Halloween without the Great Pumpkin??) which is New-teee.

I have some other fun photos from the weekend but will save them for this week.
